    摘要:

    为探明魁蚶(Scapharca broughtonii)的摄食规律,采用室内生态学试验方法,研究了水温(20、24、28、32 ℃)、盐度(16、20、24、28、32)和体质量对魁蚶滤水率的影响。结果表明,在水温20~32 ℃范围内,魁蚶滤水率随温度的升高呈先升后降的趋势,24 ℃时滤水率达到最大,显著高于其他温度(P<0.05),温度(x)与滤水率(y)间的关系可拟合为:y=0.054 8+0.045 0x-0.009 9x2,R2=0.734 3;在盐度16~32范围内,魁蚶滤水率随盐度的升高呈先升后降的变化趋势,盐度28时滤水率达到最大,为(0.341 8±0.026 6)L/(g·h),与盐度24时,滤水率差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其他盐度(P<0.05),盐度(x)与滤水率(y)的关系可拟合为:y=0.021 0+0.171 2x-0.029 7x2,R2=0.955 1;魁蚶的滤水率与软体干质量呈负幂函数关系,滤水率随体质量的增加而增大,单位干组织质量的滤水率随体质量的增加而减小。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the feeding physiology of Scapharca broughtonii,this study investigated the effects of different seawater temperatures(20,24,28 and 32 ℃),salinities(16,20,24,28 and 32) and body weight on the filtration rate of S.broughtonii in the laboratory condition.Moreover,the regression equation of filtration rate against water temperatures,water salinities and body weight were also calculated.The results showed that the filtration rate of S.broughtonii significantly increased with the increase of water temperature from 20 ℃ to 24 ℃,but showed a markedly decreasing trend from 24 ℃ to 32 ℃(P<0.05).The regression equation of filtration rate against water temperature was shown as y=0.054 8+0.045 0x-0.009 9x2(R2=0.734 3).Similarly,the filtration rate of S.broughtonii also showed an apparent trend of “low-high-low” with the increase of water salinity from 16 to 32,and the highest filtration rate[(0.341 8±0.026 6) L·g-1·h-1] was observed in the salinity 28 treatment(P<0.05).The regression equation of filtration rate against water salinity was expressed as y=0.021 0+0.171 2x-0.029 7x2(R2=0.955 1).Although the filtration rate of S.broughtonii increased with body weight increasing,their filtration rates per body weight showed a decreasing trend and a power function relation as body weight increasing.
