Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of pond culture of Coilia nasus and obtain large-sized tapertail anchovy fingerlings, the polyculture experiment of one-year-old C. nasus and adult Takifugu obscures and natural reproduction of C. nasus were carried out in four earthen ponds of Fengxian Research Base of Shanghai Fisheries Research Institute in 2021.The polyculture intensity of one-year-old C. nasus and adult T. obscures was 3 000 ind/hm2 and 12 000 ind/hm2,respectively.The results showed that the harvested weight of C. nasus reached 24.99-59.90 g/ind,the survival rate was 15.0%-54.1%.There were three experimental ponds obtained large-sized tapertail anchovy fingerlings of the year, the total harvest number was 2 515,2 871 and 3 399 individuals respectively. The final weight of adult T. obscures was 280.2-296.3 g/ind,the yield reached 3 372.8-3 502.5 kg/hm2,and the survival rate was 97.8%-100.0%.
