    摘要:

    为进一步了解水丰水库浮游动物资源现状,选取了5个具有代表性的断面,于2015—2019年对该水库进行了5年的采样调查。调查结果:共检测到浮游动物32种,隶属于3门4纲21属;种类数最多的为轮虫类,共18种,占种类总数的56.3%,其次为桡足类,共6种,占18.8%,枝角类5种,占15.6%,原生动物3种,占9.4%;各季节浮游动物丰度平均值为秋季(82 ind./L)>夏季(29 ind./L)>初冬(15 ind./L)>春季(13 ind./L),各监测站位丰度平均值为大坝(65 ind./L)>振江镇(37 ind./L)>碑碣子村(36 ind./L)>沿江村(32 ind./L)>浑江口(7 ind./L);各季节浮游动物生物量平均值为秋季(0.60 mg/L)>夏季(0.30 mg/L)>初冬(0.26 mg/L)>春季(0.06 mg/L),各监测站位生物量平均值为振江镇(0.72 mg/L)>碑碣子村(0.29 mg/L)>大坝(0.27 mg/L)>沿江村(0.24 mg/L)>浑江口(0.07 mg/L);各季节Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)平均值为秋季(2.01)>夏季(1.57)>初冬(1.53)>春季(1.15)。调查结果显示,水丰水库水体处于贫营养~中营养状态。

    Abstract:

    In order to further understand the current situation of zooplankton resources in Shuifeng Reservoir,five representative cross-sections were selected to conduct a five-year zooplankton sampling survey in the reservoir from 2015 to 2019.Survey results showed that 32 zooplankton species belonging to 3 phyla,4 classes and 21 genera were detected.The largest number of species were rotifers(18 species,56.3%),followed by copepods(6 species,18.8%),cladocerans(5 species,15.6%) and protozoa(3 species,9.4%).The average abundance of zooplankton in each season was autumn(82 ind./L)>summer(29 ind./L)>early winter(15 ind./L)>spring(13 ind./L).The average abundance of each monitoring station was Dam(65 ind./L)>Zhenjiang Town(37 ind./L)>Beijiezi Village(36 ind./L)>Yanjiang Village(32 ind./L)>Hun River Estuary(7 ind./L).The mean biomass of zooplankton in each season was autumn(0.60 mg/L)>summer(0.30 mg/L)>early winter(0.26 mg/L)>spring(0.06 mg/L).The mean biomass of each monitoring station was Zhenjiang Town(0.72 mg/L)>Beijiezi Village(0.29 mg/L)>Dam(0.27 mg/L)>Yanjiang Village (0.24 mg/L)>Hun River Estuary(0.07 mg/L);The average Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′) of each season was autumn(2.01)>summer(1.57)>early winter(1.53)>spring(1.15).The survey results showed that the Shuifeng Reservoir water was in the state of poor-nutrient and medium-nutrient.
