饲料中添加氯化胆碱对大口黑鲈生长、饲料利用及形体指标的影响

    摘要:

    为评估饲料中氯化胆碱添加量对大口黑鲈生长、饲料利用及形体指标的影响,在池塘网箱中用氯化胆碱添加量分别为0(对照组)、3 000、6 000 mg/kg的膨化饲料投喂初始体质量为(44.87±0.15)g的大口黑鲈,试验时长为60 d。试验结果显示,各组间大口黑鲈摄食率无显著差异(P>0.05)。随着氯化胆碱添加量的增加,大口黑鲈的增重率和特定生长率随之提高,其中6 000 mg/kg添加组的增重率和特定生长率均为最高(P<0.05);而饲料系数随之有下降的趋势,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);大口黑鲈的白肝比例亦随之有下降趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,2个氯化胆碱添加组的大口黑鲈脏体比和肝体比均有所下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,在本试验条件下,以生长性能和肝脏健康为指标,大口黑鲈(规格为40~160 g)饲料中氯化胆碱的适宜添加量为6 000 mg/kg。

    Abstract:

    To study the effect of dietary choline supplementation level on growth performance,feed utilization and morphometric parameters of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides),a feeding experiment was conducted.Three different diets with 0,3 000 and 6 000 mg/kg choline chloride were formulated to feed largemouth bass with an initial average weight of (44.87±0.15)g for 60 days.The results showed no significant difference in the daily feeding rate among different groups(P>0.05).The weight gain rate(WGR) and specific growth rate(SGR) both increased with choline chloride supplementation level increasing,and the maximum levels were reached when the dietary supplementation level was 6 000 mg/kg,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The feed conversion ratio(FCR) and white-color liver ratio both decreased with choline chloride supplementation level increasing,but no significant difference was observed between groups(P>0.05).When the dietary supplementation level was 3 000 mg/kg and 6 000 mg/kg,the hepatopancreas somatic index(HSI) and viscera somatic index(VSI) were lower than the control group with no significant difference(P>0.05).Based on growth performance,feed utilization,morphometric parameters and white-color liver ratio,the recommended amount of choline chloride in the practical die for largemouth bass with body weights of 40-160 g was 6 000 mg/kg.
